Mini Burger Sliders & Salad

Currently one of my favorite lunch or dinners right now! The burgers are go perfect with some roasted potato or sweet potato wedges!

Burger Sliders (makes 6)

– 1 lb grassfed beef

– 2 tbsp dijon mustard

– 2 tsp paprika

– 1 tsp coriander

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp cumin

– sea salt, to taste

– black pepper, to taste

– optional but highly reccommend: add in a hefty sprinkle of goat cheese

Directions:

– Mix all ingredients & make burgers into 6 mini patties. Heat cast iron and get very hot. Add in avocado oil. Sear burgers for a couple min of each side. Put in oven at 400 degrees for about 3- 5 min depending on desired doneness! Serve with grassfed cheddar and ketchup! Makes about 6- 8 mini burgers depending on size preference.

Salad Details:

– mixed greens + carrots + 1/2 avocado + feel free to add more! have fun with the toppings!

Homemade Greek Dressing:

– 3/4 cup olive oil

– 3/4 cup red wine vinegar

– 2 tsp garlic powder

– 2 tsp oregano

– 2 tsp basil

– 1.5 tsp black pepper

– 1.5 tsp sea salt

– 1.5 tsp onion powder

– 1.5 tsp dijon mustard

Directions:

Put it all in a jar, shake it up, and put it on everything!
