Greek Meatballs Recipes Easy

Hands down on of my favorite meals yet! So simple, all homemade. And you can even throw it over rice, which we’ve made as well! 

Ingredients:

Greek Meatballs:

  • 1 lb Butcher Box ground beef (click on the link to try it out & get $15 off & FREE bacon on your first order!)
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp primal palate super gyro seasoning (or you can use italian breadcrumbs)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt + 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions : Mix it all together in a bowl. Roll into 18 meatballs. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min or until inside is done.

Tzatziki:

  • 1 cup full fat yogurt (i use siggis)
  • 1/4-1/3 cup grated cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions : Mix it all together & start dipping because it’s DELICIOUS. I like to make this in the morning or the day before to let the flavors marinate together!

Veggie Medley:

  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes 
  • 1/4-1/2 cucumber
  • lots of parsley (about 1/3-1/2 cup)
  • s&p

Directions : Mix it all together in a bowl and you’re done.

Homemade Pitas : These were WAY easier than expected and so much better than store bought pitas! THIS is the recipe I used!

Assemble the plate and enjoy! This is a crowd pleaser, I promise!
