- 1 lb salmon
- garlic powder
- ginger powder
- 3 tbsp liquid aminos
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1-2 tbsp sesame oil or water
- olive oil
Basmati Rice :
- 1 cup rice of choice
- as much liquid as it calls for in the directions
- 1 always add 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Follow the directions on the package to cook rice. (When it’s done, Fluff it with a fork!) Season your salmon with garlic, ginger, s&p. Set aside. Prepare your broccolini & roast it in the oven for 15-20 min.
To cook the salmon, Sear in a HOT pan with avocado oil on both sides (skin side down first) until crispyu and cooked through. Depends on size of salmon. (If it’s really thick, you might need to put it in the oven for 5-10 min.) Then coat with sauce: liquid aminos (or soy sauce), honey, 2 tsp sriracha, 1-2 tbsp sesame oil or water (mix all these together in a bowl & taste it to make sure it’s to your liking! That’s all! Assemble it on your plate and enjoy….
